Refund Policy
TraitTester sells one-time digital assessment reports. This policy explains when refunds may be available.

Because assessments and reports are digital products delivered shortly after purchase, completed assessments and generated reports are generally not refundable.
Eligible refund situations
You may contact us for a refund review if you were charged more than once for the same assessment, paid but did not receive access, purchased the wrong assessment and have not started it, or experienced a technical issue that prevented completion and could not be resolved by support.
Time window
Refund requests should be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Include the checkout email, assessment name, approximate purchase date, and a short description of the issue.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times vary and are outside TraitTester control.
Abuse prevention
We may decline refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with this policy, including repeated purchases followed by repeated refund requests after report access.
