These terms govern use of TraitTester.com and the purchase of one-time personality assessment reports.

TraitTester provides paid personality assessments and reports for personal development, education, and self-reflection. You agree to use the service lawfully and not attempt to disrupt, copy, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse it.
No clinical or medical advice
TraitTester assessments are not medical, psychiatric, psychological, employment, legal, financial, or clinical diagnostic tools. Results should not be used as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
Purchases
Assessments are sold as one-time purchases through Stripe Checkout. Prices are shown before checkout. Access begins after payment is confirmed. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address so we can deliver access links and receipts.
Accounts and access links
You do not need an account before purchase. After purchase, you may create an optional password. If you do not create a password, report access is available through secure email links. Keep passwords and access links private.
Reports and content
Your report is generated from your answers using TraitTester scoring and interpretation logic. Reports may be downloaded for personal use. TraitTester owns the site, assessment structure, scoring logic, report templates, branding, and related intellectual property.
Availability
We aim to keep the service reliable, but availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, provider outages, security events, or technical issues may temporarily affect access.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TraitTester is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the service or request support under the Refund Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
